I had ordered a pizza and a chicken salad. The chicken salad was fine. But the pizza was cold. The delivery was delayed by an hour. How am i suppose to eat a cold pizza at my work place (where there is no place to heat it)? Service: Delivery Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1

If I could rate zero stars, I would — unfortunately, Google doesn’t allow that, so here’s your undeserved one star. I ordered 2 pizzas from Slice of Shillong through Swiggy, and what did I get after waiting a glorious 3 hours? Just ONE pizza, cold and hard like it was personally delivered by the Ice Age. I called to ask why my order was late? And instead of an apology or even basic courtesy, I got hit with a “not our problem.” Wow. Truly inspiring customer service — makes you wonder if the rudeness is part of the brand. The pizza itself? Disgusting. I’ve had frozen supermarket pizzas that tasted better. Chewy, bland, and dry like it had been sitting out for days. Honestly, Slice of Shillong, if disappointing customers and serving garbage disguised as food is your goal, congratulations — you're doing an outstanding job. It was such a waste of money. Never ordering from here ever again, and I’d suggest others save themselves the regret. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
