Worst place to order food
No tracking and own delivery. Phone number is given wrong and it took 2 hours for them to even attend a call from customer .!!never ever order
Last night i ordered a vegetable lasagna from Slice of Italy, Indirapuram at around 9 pm. One hour later at 10 pm, i have no clue of the whereabouts of my order. There is no tracking option available, so i call up the restaurant for an update. They confirm my name and tell me the order is still being prepared and will be out soon. They also inform me that all the orders have been delayed due to Eid rush.
At 10.30, i am loosing patience and i call the restaurant again. They confirm my name and check my order again and inform me that the delivery guy has left and must be reaching me soon. In my annoyance, i tell then they should have rejected the order if there was so much rush and if the order was going to be this delayed to which they respond by saying that they were unable to reject orders at the time of receiving them due to some technical issues.
Around 11 pm, i receive notifications from Zomato stating that my order has been rejected and a refund has been initiated. I call up the restaurant again and confirm my name to be told that indeed my order has been rejected. The reason being, the delivery guy told the restaurant that he had reached the delivery location and was told that the food was not needed and was rejected by the customer. According to the restaurant, all of this happened at least 30-45 minutes ago which is clearly impossible considering the updates i received over call.
When i tell them that that's definitely not the case they ask me "madam ab btaiye kya krein?aap kaho to ab bhej dein dobara". I obviously refused and will not be ordering again for sure. It was pathetic service which they tried to cover up with excuses. Utterly disappointed.
