They offer a perfect combination of unpalatable food, intimidation, disrespect and the worst service I have ever experienced.
I was amazed by seeing that how they give respect to their waiters by calling them as Captain-1 Captain-2, but TBH your captain consider themselves as the owners. And Owners take themselves as a Mafia.
They have got a "Sallu-bhai-jaan" in the restaurant to take care of any unfortunate incidents but he more acts like "Wasulli-bhai-jaan".
Your cooks are really expert but not in the way they should be, they know "purana khana kese garam karke sajake dena hai" or may be this is what they are asked for by the boss.
No wonder why the place got no crowd when other restaurants are having full houses.
Please, take two minutes out of your busy schedule and Google the defination of hospitality.
You are not just selling food but an experience.
PS: ( Don't dare to request them to change music, you may get some good words in return from a 11year old boy sitting on the counter, he won't take a word against his favourite singer 'Badshah')
