I am sorry for the inconvenience so it is really inappropriate way . if you had issues why you have not discussed with the seniors at front desk and above all there is a feedback number which is reflecting every where in the hotel but still you have not given the feedback what you are facing we should have taken the action at the same time but you have given the feedback which we got in the mail and after checkout you have changed your mind and rates us 1 but at the time of giving the review it was five rating. you please check again . in our mail it is five star rating and the amended mail for 1 star we did not get in mail. i could not send you the screen short but i will definitely send you in the mail for the ratingthanks Skycity team
