The service at this place was really poor. The waiters were very rude and didn’t speak properly, which was unpleasant. As for the food, it was just average. Not recommended. And one suggestion for their staff is they should know how to talk politely to customers and specially elderly to them!

Today I visited to Bl palace on the occasion of my marriage anniversary.. Veg manchav soup was totally tasteless... We have ended the dinner with starter only.... Very disappointed today... by the way Myself Is the regular visitor of your hotel...hope for the best food in future.....
