I had booked the lounge for a birthday party, and the manager had clearly told me that there would be no extra charge for the lounge. I told them that I wanted to order four dishes and cold drinks.“The manager said that only the price of the 2-liter cold drink bottle would be added.”However, when we reached the venue in the evening, a girl working with the manager informed us that ₹200 per glass of cold drink would be charged. The entire lounge was dusty — the floor, sofa, and tables were not properly cleaned. I had ordered four dishes, but the first dish was served after about 40 minutes, and there was no proper serving. There were 16 kids, but only one waiter was available for service. When I complained to the manager, he started misbehaving with me. I had ordered plain Maggi, but to increase the bill they served vegetable Maggi instead. In the name of garlic bread, they served only two slices of sandwich bread with a small amount of cheese. They did not even use standard plates and bowls for serving.They were serving Maggi sometimes in a small bowl and sometimes in a big bowl how I count the quantity of Maggie. At the time of billing, they charged for more quantity than what was actually ordered. The manager also added 18% GST and said that additional lounge charges would also be applied.
