Located on the 7th floor of the Park Prime Hotel, Sky Lounge is the hotel's rooftop brunch and lounge area. It is spacious and includes a covered section as well. I was here for a Christmas buffet lunch and was very impressed by the menu on offer and the hospitality. -• I tried the veg buffet which included salads, cheese platters, breads and soups. The minestrone soup was delicious and I really liked the sesame and coffee biscotti.• Next I tried the main course which included veg Tetrazzini which was delicious.! • Schezwan noodles with veggies in garlic sauce was very tasty and filling. • I was tempted to try the north indian so tasted the paneer butter masala, which was cooked wonderfully. The dal was also good but not somehow the smoky flavour was missing. Mixed veggies in tomato gravy was tangy and tasty. Veg biriyani was cooked perfectly and the aroma and taste was spot on!• The dessert section was a full house with a mix of Indian and international desserts. Christmas special fruit cake was tasty and tempting! • The orange mousse tart was fresh and the delicious!• The chocolate mousse with the white chocolate tuille was divine!.• Gajar ka Halwa scored. It was made very very well.• Shahi boondi was too good! • Mudpie was one of the best had. It was seasoned well with chocolate and had the perfect texture and taste. It was accompanied by icecream!A glass of red wine set mood right and I had a wonderful afternoon lunching here.Overall the food was good and I was impressed by the hospitality and service!Good job team, visiting soon!
