The Chinese cuisine is on the menu at Sky Lounge. Many people visit this place to try good fried chicken, chilli prawns and fried prawns. Many visitors have noticed that the staff is energetic here. I was staying in this hotel. Just went to try sky lounge as I expected the same good quality of food they serve in 4th floor restaurant. At sky lounge, I Ordered murgh tikka makhni. It took more than 30 mins for them to prepare it and the chicken meat was not even cooked, yes it was raw!!! Forget the taste, chef can’t even check if the meat is cooked ?? Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

They say it's only a Japanese menu on the roof top but provide all North & South Indian dishes. When you ask for a customization, something that they serve on the 4th floor they refuse. Blindly refuse to even listen. The guy that served us yesterday (26 Feb) was so arrogant that he said that they will not even consider serving or talk to the kitchen or the manager. When asked for a manager he said there is no manager and he will not call anyone from down at the reception. Later on he came and gave a number which we called and that guy said the same thing. We asked why only one dish would not be served even though it comes from the same kitchen, he refused. Very poor customer service for a restaurant that claims to be a 4 Star. Blinda you to the fact that they have an amazing view and tasty food. Very bad attitude for the staff on the 11th floor., Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
