Keep in mind that as a foreigner you are not allowed to own anything on paper in India Me and my lazy hubby built a whole floor in a house in central callan goot. We let our friends who we thought were Indians appear on the paper we decided to sell in 2013. Went home to Sweden and discovered that my husband was ill. He died in October. We had buyers for the apartment, but they refused to sign the papers when they discovered that my husband had died, so now I stand with a probably 100,000 Euro worth apartment in India and they refuse to sign the papers. They have simply taken over the flat and Change the song for a woman is not worth a s*** in India and when they found out my husband was dead they took over the flat even though I have a buyer for it and the buyer is an Indian. They have simply stolen the apartment from us.Might as well print out who they were that tricked us. They were very good friends for many years and we thought we could trust them many English people go to their shack. They have Skylark in Baga, Joe and Cedric Fernandez
