The dining experience was pleasant, with good food and a nice atmosphere; however, issues arose during the payment process. The bill included service charges, which could be waived upon request. Nevertheless, when attempting to pay through third-party applications such as Zomato or Easy Dinner, the service charges remained non-negotiable. Upon contacting the restaurant for their removal, I was met with resistance, as they argued that doing so would be unfair to the establishment, as stated in the third-party application. My interaction with Mr. Ram Pratap, representing Sky Glass Brewing Co. in Lucknow, was particularly disappointing due to his unprofessional demeanor and discourteous behavior.
