I recently stayed at the Renaissance Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The highlight of my stay was the Sky Bar, especially because of one staff member, Vaibhav Singh. He was extremely helpful in suggesting food options, and his recommendations were excellent. Also, when my child’s bag accidentally fell into the swimming pool, he immediately took action and helped retrieve it for us. I am truly impressed with his service, professionalism, and helpful nature. Staff like him make a big difference. If I have a reason to visit again, it will definitely be because of Vaibhav Singh.
