Today I visited Skkky Club, hoping for a pleasant dining experience, but unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. While I found the pricing reasonable, the overall experience left a lot to be desired. We ordered Fish Fingers, Mixed Fried Rice, and Chilli Chicken. The food was, at best, mediocre—adequate but far from memorable. The flavors lacked depth, and the presentation did little to enhance the appeal. The real disappointment, however, lay in the service. The staff exhibited an aloof and unaccommodating demeanor, which was difficult to understand. Their attitude felt unnecessarily arrogant, bordering on condescending, which made the experience uncomfortable. Hospitality is a key element in any dining establishment, and unfortunately, Skkky Club failed in that regard. That said, the ambience and décor were cozy, offering some potential for an enjoyable outing. However, a good ambience alone cannot make up for poor service. The management must take serious steps to address these behavioral issues if they wish to provide a truly satisfying experience. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this restaurant to my loved ones. Dining out is about more than just food—it's about feeling welcomed and valued, and that was noticeably absent here. Service: Dine in Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
