One of the most underrated features of the building is the architectural "industry tour" you get just by opting for the stairs instead of the lift. As you climb, you are treated to a clear, multi-level view of the massive stainless steel fermentation tanks and copper brewing equipment. It’s a fascinating, transparent look at the production process that adds a nice technical edge to the atmosphere.
