First of all, a big shout out to the management of Blistering Barnacles to setup their new outlet in this part of the city, which though house to so many tech parks like Cessna Tech Park, Prestige Tech Park, Embassy Tech Village etc. has been fundamentally deprived of good hangout joints for such a long time now. I visited this outlet of Blistering Barnacles a couple of weeks back, with my office colleagues to celebrate the successful completion of a program. Must say, the place is certainly one of the best roof-top joints in the city, with a wonderful decor and ambiance. Setup right on the Outer Ring Road, opposite to Prestige Tech park and overlooking a couple of more - the place looks beautiful at night. The quotes and pictures on the walls add another dimension to the awesomeness of the place. The food is also very nice and reasonable, though little variety to choose from - especially if you a vegetarian like me. Tried their 'Double Decker Burger' and 'Club Sandwich' - they are delectable. Cheese Garlic Bread, Garlic Fried Potatoes and Manchurian were also delicious. Tried Penne Arrabiata Pasta as well, which was also worth a try. In drinks, tried the Hanky Panky (attracted to the funky name), which was definitely worth the try. So were the Watermelon and Classic Mojito, served chilled and beautifully presented. Have never visited the Blistering Barnacles in Indiranagar, so really not in a position to compare the two. But, this one is definitely worth the visit, you will love it !!
