Sizzling Shihai - A Culinary Gem with a Warm Ambiance. Sizzling Shihai offers a delightful dining experience that hits all the right notes. From the moment you step in, you're greeted with a beautiful ambiance that sets the stage for a memorable meal. The warm, inviting atmosphere is perfect for a casual dine-in, as evidenced by our recent visit. The menu is a treasure trove of Asian flavors, and the dishes we ordered were simply outstanding. The Cheesy Veg Tokyo Sushi (₹450), Korean Style Mushroom Duplex (₹340), Mushroom Black Beans Noodles (₹330), and Penang Mushroom Curry (₹390) were all expertly prepared, bursting with fresh ingredients and authentic tastes. The Steam Rice (₹150), especially with the RGL add-on, was a perfect accompaniment. And the Orange Mimosa (₹240) was a refreshing treat. The total bill came to a reasonable ₹1995, including the SGST and CGST, which reflects the quality of the food and the overall experience. What truly stood out was the staff's behavior. They were attentive, courteous, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Our cashier, Umesh, was efficient and friendly, ensuring a smooth and pleasant transaction. While the prices might be slightly on the higher side, the quality of the food, the beautiful ambiance, and the excellent staff make Sizzling Shihai a place worth revisiting. It's a fantastic spot for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience in Ahmedabad. Highly recommended!
