they have provided rotten chilly chicken which has been forwarded to FCI for further evaluation. this is extremely dangerous and people can lose their life over this. the manager whom I spoke with was rude and completely denied any ways to acknowledge the same.

As the customer Dr Shiva complained we got it rechecked again and the chicken was fresh and fine. We requested Dr Shiva to send the dish back through Zomato or porter we will bear the conveyance charges but he refused. He might be right on his part but we also have right to introspect and see if really there was lack on our part. But the customer did not listen to us. On our part all the dishes sent to him were fine and fresh. Regards
