Being an hospitality industry person myself. I write this review with pure dissatisfaction and anger . And I write this review while I'm still in the hotel. Room No : 418 A hotel rooms priority is cleanliness. The house keeping team needs a big review of its work. Do supervisor even review the work his team does? Next it's the Front desk. I needed some information about the hot water and someone at the reception answered my call and I informed that someone from the supporting team call me back. Still now no one has answered. I don't think I would suggest Sivaraj Inn in future. Service: 1

This is one of the dying hotels in salem. Services have gone to the drain. The receptionists and Hotel managers are unprofessional and lack responsibility. Probably because they keep changing for cheap labour and they dont get adequate training. I had booked room for 3 nights. But the very next day, receptionist tells me that rooms are full for next day and I need to check out by evening. No apologies and gratification. Off late even rooms are not clean. This hotel seems to have lost its way. I have been a regular at this hotel and I am now finally done with them. Choose to stay at your own discretion. Service: 1

Special mention to Ms. Gayathri- she was such a kind, jovial & down to earth staff. I had come to Salem to attend a function & during my stay here she helped me drape my sarees. I found her extremely helpful & full of positivity! This hotel is indeed lucky to have such helpful staff. Also during breakfast I requested for coconut milk based tea as I can’t take milk & they fulfilled our request. Rooms are clean, food is great & service is excellent! A lovely ambience & pleasant stay overall! Service: 5
