Located about 200 meters from the AVR Roundana Circle, Sivaraj Inn is an average, run down hotel which was popular during its early days. 1. Check in is never smooth despite you calling the manager and informing him about your arrival. 2. Rooms though clean bear the brunt of the olden days. The carpets need replacement and sometimes the ACs reek of unchanged filters. 3. Food is average and room service takes for ever to come. They either forget parts of your order or forget to bring cutlery. 4. Please avoid the complimentary breakfast. It is pathetic- you can walk down to the Asai Dose about 200 meters away. 5. Bathrooms are super old with stains and minimal supplies Service: 2

Hotel n room was nice but staff was very bad n no proper response even though if u ask many times regarding wifi n room services. No proper communication skills n when u have such big property u need to arrange good staff. Good for local people might be but definitely not for outsiders. Service: 1

Tonight we visited this hotel for dinner. Unfortunately, the food was not as good as we expected, and the customer service also needs improvement. Even the plates and presentation could be better. However, one staff member stood out—he was very kind and professional in his work, which we truly appreciated. The hotel has potential, but improving the food quality, hospitality, and overall service would make the experience much better. Service: 2
