My experience at Hotel Sitar was disappointing purely because of the service. The waiters were rude, arrogant, and completely uninterested in basic customer courtesy. Simple interactions felt uncomfortable, and there was no sense of hospitality at all. The staff seemed dismissive and unhelpful, which made the overall environment unwelcoming. Good service is the minimum expectation anywhere, but sadly, that is clearly missing here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
