No complaints about the room but dont fall for their complimentary breakfast. They give breakfast to guests as if we are beggars. The breakfast is served at adjoint pakashala restaurant and when get one idly one vada and a minute cup of coffee for breakfast. When I asked the restaurant manager he said they get 100 rs per room for the breakfast from Sirigandha Palace. I felt being cheated despite paying the money they asked. I would not suggest this hotel for stay. If at all you are staying take discounted rate deducting the rate for the breakfast. Giving two stars as the room was neat.

No complaint/suggestion register. For Rs.2500/- tariff (5/2023) the services rendered are average quality. During my stay Pests, Cockroaches and other guests were regular companions. Added to this their room cleaners are reckless fellows, who throw out belongings of guests and the same is defended by them saying that it fell off because of wind ! that too in a closed air conditioned room
