The hotel looks aesthetically good from the outside. The food taste is decent and quantity is good enough. However, the restaurant is understaffed and nobody comes to take the order soon. The hospitality is not remarkable. The main staff assuming the manager literally just banged plates on the table. The customer service needs to be improved a lot. Service: 1

We family had been to siri Ambari hotel in kushalnagar at 2pm 29-07-2023, the casheir was completely drunk and hotel staff behaved very badly with us stating that there is no food over here, also a gang of people sitting near casheir to drink alcohol. Also told us to go out of the hotel, and told only pork eating people are allowed to hotel. But we checked with the waiter and came. On the other side there were some people having food but when we questioned again they told there is no food service available now. Felt very bad and got disappointed. Never suggest anyone to go to this restaurant. By the way, there is no where it is mentioned the hotel is bar and restaurant, but people were sitting and drinking in the entry of the hotel. Never experienced this kind of the restaurant in coorg. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
