Once the promenade around the Gallery Time And Space is over, visit Siren- Cocktail Bar. Most guests recommend trying nicely cooked pork, duck and prawns. We were looking to engage this venue for a private party for a large number and interestingly spoke with this lady, their self represented sales manager. While she immediately followed through our request to share the menu, pricing terms, etc., also left me confused with the prior conversation. Where this lady’s tone was not only unnecessarily aggressive, rude and most of her sales talk was either conflicting or unclear. I took a few moments, before i decided to put this review out here. As I understand that this may impact the business of the owner. Sadly I am left with a bad taste after that conversation. The owners of this restaurant need to understand that the customers don’t reach out to them to give business or pay their money in return for this bad behaviour. The owners would be better served if they hired managers who understand the basic etiquette and the nature of how the hospitality Industry works. Service: 1
