We visited Siraj Hotel and tried their Nihari — it was absolutely delicious. The meat was tender, the gravy rich and flavorful, and the spices were perfectly balanced. It had that authentic old-Lucknow taste that’s hard to find these days. The service was quick, and the atmosphere was simple yet welcoming.
