I had the pleasure of dining at SIR Restaurant Dibrugarh and it was a delightful experience. The restaurant offers a cozy ambiance, perfect for a relaxed evening with friends or family. The service was prompt and courteous, with the staff being helpful in recommending their specialties. What I Ordered: Masala Dosa: Crispy and perfectly golden, served with a flavorful potato filling and accompanied by coconut chutney and sambar. Panner Dosa: The Dosa were soft, and crispy. Paneer stuffing was yummy. Overall incuding coconut chutney, sambar & tomato chutney beautifully. Filter Coffee: A must-try! The coffee was strong and aromatic, served in the traditional steel tumbler and dabara. Highlights: Authentic South Indian flavors with balanced spices. Generous portions at reasonable prices. Quick service even during peak hours. What Could Be Improved: The waiting area could be better managed during rush hours. Overall, is a fantastic spot for anyone craving South Indian delicacies. I’ll definitely be visiting again to try more items from their menu. Highly recommend!
