Unprofessional experience. Different rates shared at different times, no transparency, and very confusing communication. This creates trust issues even before booking. Not recommended.

Very poor and unsafe experience. SinQ Beach Resort does not provide proper accommodation or basic services. The rooms were not clean, poorly maintained, and the air conditioner was not working properly. There were no safety arrangements at all—not even a first aid box in case of an emergency. If someone falls or gets injured, there is no support from the hotel management, which is extremely concerning. Staff and management were careless and unresponsive to complaints. The stay felt unsafe, uncomfortable, and not worth the money. I would not recommend this resort to anyone.
