Do not go away without tasting perfectly cooked jalebi. A lot of people have noticed that the staff is terrific at this restaurant. A number of visitors highlight that the service is cool. Singla sweets bakkery n restaurant is located in Gurgaon New colony mor Shivpuri is a very good place for family restaurant and party hall . Food quality is excellent good Higgins . sweets are best quality snacks jalebi bhatoore etc. Every thing is very good quality . So I suggest every one to walking at this palace one time. I always come here.

A very irresponsible behaviour of the manager and staff without considering request of the customer who has been affected from there service.Had bought a cake which was not at all quality one as thought and on return of the cake the manager made lame excuses and kept the cake back at shop. Due to which I wasted 250rs becuase of buying cake here. I am planning to sue the Singlas as they kept my cake also after receiving back. What a waste of time and money after visiting singla sweets. So please think before buying anything from this shop who doesnot respect customers.BAD BAD BAD QUALITY ITEMS SOLD AND REFUSED TO ACCEPT CUSTOMERS REQUEST ONLY MONEY MAKING BUSINESS NO IMPORTANCE TO THE VALUE OF CUSTOMERS BETTER ALL PLEASE STAY AWAY.......Worst worst worst experience and loss of money in buying cake.Thrown out of shop as manager denied listening to my request. Guys be careful each time you buy anything from this shop. Bad Quality of service.Worth of cake is not a matter but loss of respect after buying and bringing home when all refused to even having single bite as cake was of different taste it was kharab which would have been seen through the cream it had. Manager has caused me immense displeasure which amounts to deficiency in service.
