I visited Singla Sweets in Tilak Nagar today and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered white sauce pasta, and the staff member in the image made me wait for almost 35–40 minutes. Despite repeatedly asking for an update on my order, he gave no response and behaved arrogantly. When the order finally arrived, it was cold—as if it had been sitting in the kitchen for a long time. I refused to accept it and opted for a refund. I strongly advise others to avoid this place—there are plenty of better options in West Delhi that actually value their customers’ time and satisfaction.
