Last Friday, I went to and had a wonderful experience. The environment was awesome, and the food was delicious. I tried many dishes like momos, chilly paneer, chaap malai, paneer sabzi, and a refreshing mojito. Everything tasted really good. The staff was polite, and their service was very fast, which made the experience even better. Overall, a great place to enjoy good food and a nice atmosphere. Feedback/Complaint: I had ordered sweets from Singla’s Sweets (rasmalai and rabri rasmalai). Unfortunately, the containers were not sealed properly at the restaurant itself. The Zomato delivery partner also noticed this issue and suggested I report it. When I raised a complaint, the support bot asked me to choose between a coupon or a refund. But shockingly, for items worth ₹500, Zomato refunded only ₹60. That’s simply unacceptable and feels like a complete disregard for food safety and customer satisfaction. I expect Zomato to take this matter seriously — both with the restaurant (for poor packaging) and with the refund policy (which clearly doesn’t align with the value of the order or the inconvenience caused). During my last sunday visit to a restaurant in Singla Tilak Nagar, I had a particularly unpleasant experience. After finishing my meal, I discovered an insect in the sambhar. This was not only shocking but raised serious concerns about the hygiene standards of the establishment. When I brought this issue to the attention of the staff and the manager, I was disappointed to find that they seemed indifferent and showed little concern for the situation. Given the neglect of hygiene and customer care, I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone.
