Just 2mins walking distance from Keventers this little place will definitely impress you with it's delicious food and great hospitality. One of the best places to find home cooked meal in Darjeeling at a reasonable price. Trust me that Beef curry is outstanding and you will love it.

A trip to any destination is always incomplete without having the local meal.Singalila Restaurant located near the Jeep driver parking lot in Darjeeling serves home-style local food.We had ordered for a rice plate and pork dry noodles.The rice plate consisted of rice, dal, potato gravy and a leafy vegetable and everything was unlimited.With it one can order for an additional meat plate of either pork curry (in picture), chicken curry or beef curry.Altogether I paid just 260; 140 for the rice plate and 120 for the noodles overall it was quite reasonable.Everything was tasty and served hot and the meat was well cooked.
