Visited Sindhi Sweets, Sector 17 (2nd floor) recently. While the food quality was good, the service experience was extremely disappointing. After finishing our meal, we sat for barely 10 minutes, waiting for someone to arrive. The manager, Mr. Parveen Thakur, came over and rudely told us to leave if we were done. His tone showed a complete lack of etiquette and courtesy, and he did not apologize for his misbehavior. We felt embarrassed in front of others, which spoiled the entire dining experience. Good food alone is not enough — professional and respectful service is equally important, which sadly was missing here.
