Looked like it was build as the best in ooty but sadly due to lack of maintenance by current management, it is loosing its charm. Decent breakfast spread No alacarte options for lunch and dinner Staircase smelling of old damp wood, need some treatment/ maintenance Spa facility present only on paper. Play / gym area is nice but require a person to manage. Garden is locked . Fountain is too frothy from the chemicals added Lawn not mowed since long. Bar ambience is awesome, cocktail quality can improve. Parking is too tight but is manageable View is the only thing that is holding the place together. Service: 2

Better to stay in lodge and be mindful that you get what you paid for than stay in Sinclairs and regret paying 13k to get below average services. The access to this play is really difficult, crowded, poor lit road The rooms are ok, bathrooms are just not usable. No towel racks or hangers to hang towel or clothes. Shabby dispensers for soap, shampoo, lotion etc, just cant change inside bathroom, as it has chandeliers. No taps or hand showers. Not sure how one is supposed to wash feet (must in Indian condition) The buffet is served in lobby with two large circular tables, maybe occupied by 1-2 people, rest need to roam around in hotel to find a place to eat, you need to be dexterous to spot food, find table and eat, food gets finished quickly. The only good is staff are very helpful, but after room cleaning you need to check for towel, water tea/ coffee etc and ask then they will promptly provide. For this experience you pay 12k plus per night. Service: 5

The rooms are okay okay , not that great. Property needs major renovation, paints is coming out , walls have marks on it. Cleanliness is okay okay etc etc Basic amenities lack(food , F&B menu they have only for entire property), iron press for entire property, no iron stand etc etc Property rate is on a higher side compared to what you get. And yeah rooms photos are misleading. Recommendation is to skip the property , for a better property. What you get vs what you pay is absolutely not proportional. Service: 3
