As someone who used to bake, and loves sourdough breads, Simply Sourdough was a great find!! The owner takes immense pride in her products, constantly looking at ways to create new items which she can offer to the community. The breads are crusty on the outside and soft on the inside, with that tasty sourdough flavoring you'd expect. If you have a gluten allergy, no worries, they have gluten free items available as well! If you've never tried sourdough breads, you don't know what you are missing. I highly recommend giving Simply Sourdough a try. Food: 5 Service: 5 Service: Take out Price per person: ₹200–400

I bought classic sourdough bread from Simply Sourdough. Loved the taste and overall experience was great too. Recommend it. Looking forward to try more breads

This is not authentic sourdough. This is fluffy bread which cannot be so light and fluffy without bakers yeast. Got the chance to try a far more authentic classic sourdough at Pausenbrot in Benaulim which was nice and heavy like it should be. Also loved Baking Bread by Aaron at Sangolda. Also nice and heavy classic sourdough. Food: 1
