Absolutely Fantastic South Indian Experience! Simply Madras is a hidden gem that delivers an authentic taste of South India with every bite. From the moment you walk in, the warm hospitality and cozy ambiance make you feel right at home. The dosas are perfectly crisp, the sambar is rich and flavorful, and the filter coffee? Pure bliss. I especially loved the Mini Tiffin – it’s a great way to sample a little bit of everything. Every dish was fresh, well-seasoned, and brought back memories of home-cooked Tamil food. The staff were friendly, attentive, and more than happy to make recommendations. You can tell they truly care about the food and the guest experience.
