Unfortunately, the services provided did not align with what was communicated by the owner prior to the event. Initially, it was stated that all services were included in the agreed-upon charge; however, on the day of the event, we were informed that the DJ service would incur an additional cost, which was unexpected. Additionally, the food service was considerably slow due to limited staff, with only two servers assigned. There also appeared to be reluctance in serving food to guests, which impacted the overall experience. Furthermore, we observed the presence of several uninvited individuals who appeared to be acquaintances of the owner, which was concerning and detracted from the professionalism of the event.
