I'm visiting sim and Sam's since 3 years quite spacious area.Customer service is quite good,especially a manager named Arun,He explains everything in a very polite manner and My kids had a blast Perfect spot for a fun-filled day with the little ones

We arranged our son’s birthday party at Sim and Sam’s. It was the most wonderful experience! The venue was spacious to accommodate all guests comfortably. The food was fantastic and was served with utmost care. The best part was the cooperation of the management—They took care of the decor, entertained us during cake cutting, and even arranged for games and dances to entertain the guests! I cannot thank them enough for making the birthday party memorable
