I’d like to appreciate one of your room service staff member Mr. Uday for his excellent service during my stay. He was very polite, genuine, and caring—especially when I caught a cold. He regularly checked in, made sure I had everything I needed, and spoke with such kindness that it truly made a difference. The experience at Silverador Resort Club was amazing. The staff was welcoming and really helpful. The rooms were comfortable and immaculate also, the breakfast was too good. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Very pleased with my stay. Service: 5
