On our way to Mashel, we wanted to stop for some vegetarian lunch. And even though Goa has thousands of restaurants, the Bicholim–Mashel route was surprisingly sparse with options. After quite a bit of searching, we finally found this fine-dine place, Silver Spoon. We started with Paneer Chilli, which was okayish. But the main course completely changed the mood. We ordered the Silver Spoon Special Veg, served in two sides, one side in a red gravy and the other in a green gravy. Both were paneer-based, generous in quantity, and genuinely delicious. We also tried Mushroom Lazeez, which tasted really good. The vibe is great and the restaurant has good décor and plenty of comfortable seating. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, a very good experience. Since we only tried vegetarian dishes this time, I definitely want to visit again to explore their non-vegetarian menu.
