We are sorry to note that you did not have a good experience with us, but we were a little confused as we noticed a 5-Star rating on Zomato against your order with us. In any case, we always want our customers to enjoy the food we serve and hence we take utmost care in the quality of the ingredients purchased and also the preparation methods. We would like to clarify that our food is always fresh and undergoes stringent taste testing by multiple chefs including the Head Chef, on a daily basis. We have not received complaints from any other customer day for our service on 10th of August and we are extremely surprised to see the issue raised.
