This review is about my online ordering experience from Silver Dine. I ordered dinner from here yesterday for which the delivery time shown was 1 hour. At the end of that one hour, while I get a notification that my order is already on the way, I get a call from the restaurant asking whether they should send my order. This was strange because I was already meant to have had my food delivered by then. So I asked them to send the food, to which the restaurant rep rudely replied that they will cancel my order. Ridiculous service from both Zomato as well as Silver Dine.
