Me along with my friends visited your place yesterday evening and if i had an option of rating ZERO STAR for the staff that spoke to us in the end, i would have done so. It was very unprofessional of him to speak to us in that manner especially when you guys are in hospitality industry. We customers dont come there for FREE DRINKS, we came to have a good time since yr place was getting quite a highlight in my friends social media. But i think the way your staffs handles the customer, this would def be my last too. I know just one customer shouldn’t make a difference to you maybe but WORD OF MOUTH SURE DOES. Yes your manager did come and speak to us regarding this but again whats the use after spoiling somebody’s evening.
I understand the boundaries of overstaying at a table- but when a guest hasn’t even been there for a full hour, and is still finishing items they paid money for, you leave them alone, or at the VERY LEAST ask politely.
Like we are not mature enough to understand the overall protocols.

Rates were higher based on the quality & quantity of food and the type of services provided.. bad experience..

Visited Siliguri Pub Exchange by Smaaash a few days ago, and trust me the ambience was amazing , the staffs are courteous and most importantly the food was finger licking!
Starting from appetizer, main course to dessert each and every one of them was good! The best from the menu was the Non veg Oriental platter ♥️ The chicken Afghani Tikka was so good and almost melted in my mouth at Every bite !
Smaaash happens to be the most happening gaming zone in Siliguri that will take into into the world of Arcade games , Exciting VR GAMES and also bowling!
So get along with your friends and family and enjoy some great games along with food and have a great day here at Smaaash !
