Indian cuisine is served at this restaurant. Food delivery is a big plus of Silbatti. The recipe for success of this place is its good spiced kebabs, spiced fish and butter chicken. A lot of reviewers highlight that you can have tasty mango ice cream, gulab jamun and flija here. This spot has delicious orange rum, champagne or cordial among its drinks. You will be offered great mango lassi, mint lemonade or lemon juice.
The positive aspect of this restaurant is that the service staff is well-trained. Tasty food at affordable prices are provided here. You will appreciate the spectacular decor and calm ambiance of Silbatti. But in comparison with other restaurants, Facebook gives this place a below average rating.

The staff doesn’t have hospitality courtesy, they just want the customers to leave as soon as possible, passing comments like “bill dede inko nikalna hai” (except a couple who are actually doing everything). If you are letting us enter to eat at 11 pm, give us at least 40 mins from then to order, get served and eat. The staff is always way more than the customer base and then they rule.

Visited Silbatti, Bengaluru, and had a very disappointing experience.Food service was extremely delayed, and the staff was inattentive throughout.Ordered Chicken Rara, which was not only bland but the chicken pieces were clearly undercooked. We brought it to the staff's attention, but they ignored our feedback completely – no apology, no solution offered.In the bill, we noticed that Garlic Naan was charged ₹90 instead of ₹70, as printed on the menu.We also requested removal of the service charge, which is optional in India, but the staff refused outright, saying it couldn't be removed.They later tried to offer a ₹100 discount as compensation, but upon checking, we realized the bill total was wrongly calculated. It took multiple discussions with 3-4 staff members to get it corrected, and none of them seemed to understand or address the issue properly.Overcharging customers, refusing legitimate concerns, and mishandling bills is highly unprofessional. If you still plan to visit, please double-check your bill. Personally, I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.
