During my recent visit to Sihotiaz, I had a mixed experience with both food quality and cleanliness. Cleanliness and Service: Although the floor and tables were clean, certain essential items like the serving tray, salt box, cutlery, and plates were not up to hygiene standards. When I mentioned the unclean serving tray to the server, he responded that it’s often used to carry tea and might have tea stains. However, I noticed that it also had leftover gravy or masala on it, which appeared quite unsanitary. Clean, well-maintained utensils and trays are important for a comfortable dining experience, and I hope management will address this issue. Food Quality: 1. Veg Hot and Sour Soup: The soup was overly oily, and the salt was insufficient, affecting the overall flavor. Based on the price, I’d rate it 4/10. 2. Chilli Paneer Dry: The taste was good, and I enjoyed the flavors. For the price, I’d rate this dish 6/10. 3. Rawa Masala Dosa: The dosa was decent but didn’t stand out. Considering the price, I’d rate it 6/10. Overall, I believe there’s room for improvement in both food quality and cleanliness.
