I had very unfortunate experience at Sigree. I arrived at the restaurant at approximately 12:47 PM, intending to dine. However, the behavior of the staff members was far from welcoming. Upon my arrival, I was curtly informed that the restaurant was closed and was asked to leave without being provided any further information or alternatives. After inquiring, I learned that official opening time is 1:00 PM. While I fully understand that restaurants have specific operational timings, it would have been more courteous and professional for staff to either suggest that I wait for a few minutes in the designated waiting area or provide a polite request to return at the opening time. Instead, their dismissive and unprofessional attitude left a very negative impression. As someone who values professionalism and hospitality, especially in the service industry, this experience was disappointing. Restaurants and hotels are often judged not just by their food or ambiance but also by the behavior and attitude of their staff.
