Avoid this place if you care about ethics, food safety, and basic respect! I had an absolutely horrifying experience at Signature Restaurant, Viman Nagar. Being a pure vegetarian, I ordered a vegetarian dish, but to my shock, they served me chicken. I unknowingly took a bite before realizing their gross negligence. This was not just a mistake—it was a blatant disregard for customer trust, dietary preferences, and religious beliefs. When I confronted the staff, instead of apologizing, they ignored me, refused to take responsibility, and denied giving me a written apology. To make things worse, one of their staff members was mocking me with rude expressions. Not only was their service negligent, but the behavior of the staff and management was downright humiliating. I was made to wait unnecessarily, completely disregarded, and treated with utter disrespect. The manager refused to provide the owner’s contact details, and instead of resolving the issue, they made me feel embarrassed in front of other customers. Their arrogant and unprofessional attitude caused me a lot of mental agony and distress. No customer should ever have to go through such an experience!
