We had a very disappointing experience at Signature Dining Restaurant The food quality was extremely poor and did not match the price at all. The taste was below average, and the presentation looked careless. To make things worse, there was a bad odour in the dining area which made it very uncomfortable to sit and eat. The service was equally terrible. The staff behaviour was rude and unprofessional. They were inattentive, slow, and didn’t seem to care about customer concerns. When we raised issues, they responded very casually instead of trying to resolve them properly. The most shocking part was finding a cockroach in the food. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious hygiene concerns. It ruined the entire experience. On top of everything, there was also a billing issue. The bill included incorrect charges, and we had to argue just to get it corrected. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience. Poor food, bad ambience, unhygienic conditions, rude staff, and billing problems — I would not recommend this place to anyone.
