Had a terrible experience at Sigdi Restaurant. The food quality was extremely poor, and the taste was the worst I’ve ever had. To make things worse, the staff taking the orders was rude, pushy, and completely disregarded our preferences. Instead of listening to our requests, he kept forcing us to order items from the menu he wanted to promote. The starter we ordered was undercooked and smelled bad. When we pointed this out, instead of preparing a fresh dish, he simply burnt the same food and gave it back to us. His bullying attitude left us so frustrated that we decided not to argue, paid the bill, and walked out. The owner’s response was equally disappointing. When we raised these concerns, he brushed it off with a casual "we'll improve next time." This is unacceptable, especially for a franchise that should maintain basic standards of food quality and customer service. I strongly recommend avoiding this place until serious improvements are made. The management needs to take customer feedback seriously and ensure better service and food quality.
