in my opinion a cafe is a place where u can spend time have small talks,chit chat and not worry about attenders standing in ur neck to just eat and get going. this place offered everything as in big cities > preparation / presentation of food was top notch > cutlery was ceramic( in tier 3 cities even big chains give food in steel plates/ plastic all scratched out, i took this for granted when dining in metro ) > upbeat tempo / groovy music paying throughout > portion was good > service was top class > The atmosphere was fresh- 6 A/cs running+ clean air. floral fragrance.( if you have been to any other restaurant u will know what i mean when i say - milky paneer smell) The crowd was light - I see this trend with other cafes like zero degrees. Either people go to old establishments - moti Mahal/ sukh sagar / axis or else go to fastfood chains- domino/ mcd/ kfc/ haldiram and skip going to cafes - the light crowd turned out to be good for us as we got all the attention . the only reason I mentioned out a few silly looking points as after eating in numerous popular joints and places in raipur i felt the hotel management doesnt care as people will anyhow come to eat because of" i want to stick with usual 1dal/paneer & roti at my usual restaurant" mentality. I every cafe which upholds customer service and provides a good experience.
