I recently stayed at this hotel with my family and was impressed by the ambiance. The hotel was clean, and the staff were exceptionally supportive. The food was also very good. Overall, we had a pleasant experience, making it one of the best budget hotels in Kochi. Service: 5

Sidra presidency is a nice hotel located in a central area. They have a very tiny pool (big enough only for small children), however their in house dining area is decent and affordable. The hotel can be quite stringent with their check in check out times. Overall, it was a good experience spending two nights here. Service: 4

I recently had a disappointing experience at Sidra prestine hotel. The staff, particularly a rude employee named Abhish, provided uncleaned rooms, with broken toilet accessories and an unpleasant odor throughout. We booked nine rooms, and one that hadn’t been used overnight appeared as if it had been occupied. The bathrooms were filthy, reflecting a lack of care. On a positive note, the restaurant served excellent food. However, I cannot recommend this hotel for a stay due to the overall poor service and cleanliness. Service: 1
