It was my worst stay at any hotel in my life. The room was dirty, furniture,table, side tables all were in shabby condition. AC WAS LIKE OUTDATED fixtures fittings are also old type. The electric board near the side table was loose.There was leakage in the washroom, towels were dirty and there were smells, provided only one dental kit despite requests for two,only one plastic tumbler was provided, service poor, room and washroom unhygienic, nobody was there to help. Breakfast was also not up to MARK, and worst are the attendants at the dining area. Very DISAPPOINTED, IF POSSIBLE I WOULD HAVE GIVEN RATINGS IN MINUS. IF POSSIBLE AVOID STAYING IN THIS SHITTY HOTEL. WORST They CHARGED 5600/- FOR THIS TORTURE. Rooms: 1 Service: 1

Hotel Germanus is a lovely property for those who are seeking hospitality at its best with cleanliness, hygiene and customer service as their top priority. I stayed here for 3 nights and have to say my experience exceeded my expectations by miles. I strongly recommend travellers to give this lovely property a try and you won’t go disappointed. Hotel highlights: Great view, Quiet, Great value
