ordered 2 choco bar 3 ice cream and 4 juice tetra pack, ordered confirmed and they started preparing the food. Call received after some time and they said that they dont have any of these items accept juice pack. meanwhile I read the reviews in between the my placed order and call that i received from outlet these reviews describe the same events which i faced. So they send 10 packs of juices. Not recommended at all.

I suggest all people not to order anything from this restaurant. Worst customer service & worst food quality. This restaurant always deliver frozen and smelly food.

Ordered 2 chicken Rolls, which were delivered cold within 10 mins approx.... Rolls were overall good but missed that excellent edge since cold n my mom refused eating it n that's frustrating. No ketchup sachets or chutney or disposable plates. No automatic confirmation. Except rolls, cold drink n choco bar had to be replaced with other Items as nobody marked them as SOLD OUT like other restaurants do it.. So they lost 2 stars..... Mainly it was due to Ketchup & tissue papers not included, automatic confirmation not done, paper plates not sent. Rest they can update menu as SOLD OUT when not available.
