OYO charged me around ₹1600. I paid ₹1200 by phone and the rest from my OYO wallet, but the hotel staff insisted I had only paid ₹1200. The AC room I booked was “not available” according to them. Even after 12 noon check-in time, they made us wait for 1 more hour. Staff behaviour was extremely rude and unprofessional. Rooms were very dirty, smelly, and unhygienic. Overall, a terrible experience. Felt like they were cheating customers. Absolutely not recommended.
