The only best thing about the hotel is it's proximity to all the tourist destinations like palace, church, shopping centers and good restaurants. Otherwise it is a very average hotel with rude front office staff members and restaurant servers. Particularly one female staff with too much attitude. We really regret staying there with bad bathroom fittings (always leaking faucet) , poor room service. We stayed there for 3 days this month(May 2025). Such a disgusting stay. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Service: 1

Had breakfast from here. Service was quick. But place is very old and not maintained. Bathroom is dirty. Best to avoid this place. Waiters and still in the old hotel mood. Service: 3

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Siddharta, where we stayed for three nights. The hotel is in a prime location, with the palace and other attractions within walking distance or a short Uber ride away. One important feature is the ample parking space provided by the hotel, complete with gated security. The hotel also has an attached vegetarian restaurant, where we tried the masala dosa, which was good and moderately priced. As for the rooms, they were neat and clean. We opted for a non-AC room, which was decent for the price and included all the basic amenities. The service was quick and responsive, and the rooms were properly cleaned every day. The receptionists were polite, and the staff attended to customers with a smile. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend it for families. Wi-Fi is available, but it is very slow, so they need to work on improving the speed. Service: 3
