There is absolutely no consistency in taste. The quantity is very good but as for quality and taste, it's like rolling a dice, you get what you get.

We visited Sichuan HSR after reading the reviews. It has limited seating, so we had about a 15-minute wait before getting a table. Once seated, service was polite though the starters took a little time. However, the wait was worth it — the Thai Basil Pork was excellent, as were the Mixed Sichuan Fried Rice and Tom Yum Chicken Soup. The Qinghai Chicken was just average. They accidentally served rice instead of noodles, but honestly, the rice tasted so good we didn’t mind. Overall, tasty food, cozy ambience, and a nice spot for relaxed Chinese/Sichuan dining.
